Got up early this morning, put on my long underwear the layers of shirts grabbed my rain gear and headed out to meet captain Mark at 6:30, arrived at 6:20 so I would be “on time” Mark was ready for us with life jackets and got us in the boat for the ride to the beach, the boat was backed to the surf, spun around and away we went, what a ride!! About 15 minutes later after instructions from Mark we were fishing, only a few minutes later we were catching, got limits of rockfish and lingcod, then pulled crab pots, a limit there also. Now the ride back in through the surf, another thrilling experience. Back to the shop to cook and clean fish and crab, got to eat some warm crab, what a treat. Fish fillet and vacuumed packed. Another fantastic trip with Captain Mark, my 6th or 7th, not my last.
