A day of Hard work and learning

I had a great day learning new things with mark. I have been on a dory boat with other friends several times but this time was much different. I had to learn just about everything there is to know to succeed a day on the ocean. A few times where Tuff simple things not clicking in my head but I managed to get it down and from there on out it was so much fun. How to bait the hook. It seems so simple which it is but it wasn’t clicking for me. Mark explained it to me 4 or 5 different times and I finally got it. It clicked and he complimented me and it felt amazing. I have a long learning journey ahead but I am exited and confident I will get it down.

We wore out the ling cod! First time fishing at Pacific City did not disappoint. We had a great time, the guide and crew were very attentive, knowledgeable and put us on the fish. We will definitely be back again! Thank you Pacific City Fishing!
