A Day to Remember

Hi everyone,

Today was an absolute dream. We woke up at the butt crack of dawn and all met right on the beach. From there, we were towed down to the water front and backed into the ocean. It was a beautiful day and the only people who joined us on the beach were a fleet of dory boats. We all tore through the break zone until we broke free of the waves. We passed the Chief Kiwanda rock (Haystack Rock) and gorgeous rocky coast lines.

We had a great day with the fish too. My partner and I caught 3 salmon, about a dozen rockfish, and looked into 8 crab traps (that were all full).

I’m leaving this trip full of gratitude and a cooler full of the freshest fish. Thank you Mark and Buddy!
