Dreams do come true

A lifelong dream come true today. We fished off the Dory! Launching from the beach was an entire experience. Josh took an entire wave over the bow to start the morning. Thank goodness for good rain gear with lots of layers. Just getting out of the waves was something only an experienced guide could do. Then he put us on the fish. And we fished ALL DAY. We started out with rockfish which was quick and fast. Fish came from all directions. Then off to the lingcod, I have never experienced that. Reel fast but consistent. No breaks. My forearms are sore, my back is exhausted but my soul is refreshed. Thank you for an experience I’ve waited for over 20 years for. See you next year!
