So it was a perfect day. We had a fantastic time my first time ever to go across the surf getting launched off of the beach. It was exciting getting prepared for it because I did’t know what to expect. Going across the surf was an exciting ride. Once we got out we started with rock fishing and that was exciting because we were catching a lot of rockfish and there was nonstop activity. Sometimes too, maybe three on a line and then we started Salmon fishing. This was also nonstop activity. We seemed to have a fish on a regular basis. Mike and Buddy were helpful and know what they are doing. We were feet away from some whales as well. We caught our limits and it was just a fun day. I caught a salmon that I could barely bring in, but I had the assistance of Mike and Buddy. Everybody in our group limited on salmon. And we even caught a couple cod. The ride back in across the surf was an interesting ride as well. Once back in they cleaned and packaged the fish and we relaxed at Mike’s place. Almost forgot to mention that we also got a lot of crab! My wife will be thrilled. Highly recommend Mike and this adventure. Bob
