My family of 5 (kids 10, 8, and 6) had our first dory boat experience. We launched without any problem, headed for the and limited on sea bass in to time. We had a little bit of wind and chop but overall, very manageable. Then we headed south to pull crab pots, which the crew utilized the electric puller, which only took about 20 minutes. After that we motored north of the rock to chase cod. We jigged on the bottom. We ended up with 4 keepers, and my wife caught a 30 pounder! The kids were troopers and made it the whole time, although it would have been better to give the motion sickness pills the before instead of the morning of.
