Fisher Family Fun

Hello from behind our catch of the day! That’s me on the right in the yellow fisherman jacket. I went with my mom, brother, and uncle about ten years ago (in high school!) with this same boat/team. That day, my mom and uncle were feeling some nausea so me and my bro had to pick up the slack and were pulling up rockfish three at a time. So, when the fam planned on coming back to pacific city for another reunion, some of us wanted to run it back, others wanted a re-do, and some wanted to stay home this time. What a great day for us all! I know I’m sure glad I did it again. Nothing like the wind in your hair, scent of fresh fish out on the open water, and the satisfaction of reeling in a big one. Well, maybe not quite as satisfying as this hot crab is about to be! All while the prep and pack our fish (the full treatment!). Thanks Mark, Buddy, and Linda. Maybe we’ll see ya again in another ten years (or hopefully sooner).
