Grandpa found a new love!

We started out at 4ish in the morning before the sun was even shining. We got in the boat and launched off from the beach. A wonderful start on our soon to be Epic adventure. We got out there and started fishing for Rock fish. We only had our lines out for a few minutes when started catching them. Nothing better than getting to fish and watch the sun rise over the mountains and the sand dune. We caught Rockfish, Ling, and best of all we caught a beautiful King Salmon. Captain Mark knew all best spots for fishing! It was such a blast! Thanks to Mark we maxed out on all our fish and crab. Then we headed in toward the beach. While we were heading to the beach we were warned to hold on tight unless we wanted to do a quick flight out of the boat and hit the sand. No thanks! So.. I held on tight! We came in and it was so fun! We just glided across the sand. So Cool!!! It was so cool hearing the how Dory men talked to each other through the radios. Such an incredible experience! If you haven’t been out in a Dory before. I’d say 10 out of 10 do it! One last thing one of the Lingcod we caught had food in its stomach. Mark cut it open for us to see what was in it and there was not one but 3 flounders in its stomach!!! Well that’s all now time to feast on some Crab and Fish! Yum!! :D
