pacific city fishing Oregon My grandfather Wayne decided to take me out fishing here in pacific city for a graduation present. He had been telling me previously that he new a guide who would really make the experience something to remember. We woke up at 3:30 am and headed to cape Kiwanda. My grandfather told me that the last time he went fishing with mark he was late and right at 5:00 got a call from telling him to hurry up! Boy does mark love to fish though. The waves were crazy! 8 feet high and another one every 7 seconds. My grandpa had warned me about sea sickness, this being my first time in the ocean. So we took some dromamine just to be safe. Mark new exactly where the fish were and how to catch them. My grandfather was bragging to me about how he never gets sea sick and was warning me about it. Half way through the trip my grandfather just couldn't take it anymore. He hurled three times! Of course mark and I had stomachs of steel. Once we were done and limited out we headed back into shore. When you go into shore be ready for a ride! I was waiting for him to slow down and wait for the trailer. But nope! He put the throttle down and said "hold on until theast second, it's gonna be bumpy!" We slid onto shore safe and sound. Little did I know just how much fun it would be. Lytle charters, I give you two thumbs up! Jonnie Knickerbocker and Wayne Woodbridge
