Steve’s bachelor party

Amazing first trip with Capt Mark. Quick safety orientation then out on the dory. I have seen the beach launches from shore many times, but to experience it on the boat is epic. Once clear of the surf, it was off to pull the full crab traps then out came the rods. I was the novice of the group and Captain’s instructions were clear, simple, and fun. So good that I was the first with fish on and fish in the boat. He coached us all to success whereby we limited in about 2 hours. The pace was relaxed all morning. Last was the riding the surf back to the beach and a smooth landing back at Pacific beach with smiles on all of our faces. I have river fished many times, but I think I am now a convert to dory ocean fishing.
