Headed out today around 6am. The rockfish and crab were hungry but lingcod seemed to bite only for the wisened crew. Now for a pot of boiling water and a sharp knife!!! Cheers all!

So this was my first Dory boat trip, and the minute the boat stopped, I knew i was in trouble! I was happy to be out on the boat, but my tummy was not... Its the last cast; I haven't caught anything yet. "I'm stuck on the bottom." He grabs the pole to help yank it off the bottom. He says, "No, that's a fish." Me needing more reassurance, "Are you lying?" "I'm not lying, reel it in." Sure enough it's a fish; the biggest catch of the day.
