Brad, Bob, Russ and I went fishing in Dory boat with Mark, a super guide that not only made the fishing fun but productive too. The day started out damp and bumpy but calmed down later as predicted. The black rockfish were caught in short order, then on to ling cod, which took a little longer....

We showed up at first light, and got our rockfish limit by 6:20 am. Had our cod limit by 8:30 am! Gorgeous weather, hardly any wind, sunshine, gray whales and seals... couldn't have been any better.
